  • Please retry Activation by Phone. but this time either select the option to talk to a Live Actibvation Rep or if there is no option, do not enter or say anything to the automatic phome prompt.  This will force the prompt to transfer you to a Live Rep.

The Live activation Rep will either be able to assist you in activating the XP or explain what the problem is.

    Thank you,

Just a note to say that we're NOT ignoring you - it's just that we can't
check the system to find out what the problem is - you'll have to wait for
Darin the forum owner to get to work on it.
AFAICT, there's no problem, but Darin may be able to see something with his
    tools that we can't.
