CRM 2011: Viewing Audit History For Notes Entity RRS feed

    Hello,

    I have enabled auditing for the notes entity and certain fields in Notes.  The problem is when you open a note there is no side navigation bar to view Audit History.  How would users be able to view the audit information for this entity if there is no link for it?Is there some way of forcing the side navigation menu to appear for notes entity?  BTW I am CRM 2011.

    you go to settings -> System -> Auditing and then click on Audit Summary View and you can view the Notes audit there..

    you can enable filter and put entity as Note and this should show only notes audit records..

    Ahhh... OK thanks.  Is there any way of showing a link to the associated audit records right on the Note entity's main form?

    unfortunately Note entity form is not customizable so you will not able to do this in support manner.
