UCC certifacate on web conferencing role RRS feed

All replies

  • The external FQDN for the Edge Web Conferencing service is configured in the Edge server properties and, yes, the FQDN is supplied in-band to the clients.  A certificate is required on this interface as covered in the documentation.

  • yes, but you don't have to use a san certificate for this since you only publish on public name for the web conf FQDN. Or am I missing something here?

    Thanks Jeff

  • You only need UCC Certs on the Access EDGE

UCC is not required on the Conferencing EDGE

  • You can use the EDGE Planning tool

That shows you how to configure All settings for EDGE (like certificates and DNS and ...)
