Custumer Reinstall Problems RRS feed

    I was a Beta custumer. Turned to regular custumer. Had to reinstall OneCare.  If  I install it as a new custumer, it downloaded and ran,, but would not subscription usage. Unstalled Onecare using Windows Xp Control Panel, and rebooted.

    Sign on Windows Live with the correct signon, then clicked OneCare, then 90 day Download whhich it did. System rebooted.

    On start up system informs that OneCare reports it cannot start AntiVirus.

    After all startup processing has completed, I click the OneCare Destop Icom because the the OneCare start uo icon didnot appear.

    The Desktop Icon tries to work, and it cannot work and go to Custumer Support.

    After senteding some time withe automation to  no avail I am here % hours later!


    Any Ideas?
