In your MCP member login, on the rightmost side, there is an option to change your name
You can go from there.

That's not correct.As per https://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspx
Request a name change
To change your name on your transcript or other materials, contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center (RSC).
