How to use saved .spj for export? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a saved panorama that is already stitched and composited. I exported it  once , but I want to use the same panorama for another export.

When I open the .spj file however and go directly to export, ICE starts once again aligning and compositing, which witth my panoramas takes huuuge amounts of time (3-5 gigapixels).

Isn't there a way to skip the stitching for saved panoramas?

  • The project file only stores the alignment it doesn't store the stitched result (which would be huuuge), so ICE returns to the source images to re compose the panorama. One step that you should not see is "aligning". Are you certain that you open a project file, do not touch any stitching parameters, but you still see the alignment phase?
