Our CRM 4.0 queue seems to work ok EXCEPT that, in our testing, only one of our users can SEND emails TO it. We have tried two other users in the same domain, and even an email from a Hotmail account, but the only emails that show up in the queue
are the test ones from the 1 user. Any ideas?
Thanks... that link was new information, but it did not solve our problem. Note that we have even tried send an email from an outside Hotmail account... CRM is still not receiving it in the queue. We're stumped... The emails ARE getting delivered
to the queue's Exchange mailbox, but just getting sent to the queue in CRM.
Is the queue set to accept
'All email messages' or just emails from known contacts/accounts? I assume that you are using the CRM Email Router to process the emails, so do you see any messages in the email router computer's event log?Neil - My CRM Blog
