Synchronize unattended and silently

  How can I set SyncToy to synchronize between my notebook and a NAS whenever a file is added/changed/deleted, so that the user doesn't need to take action and the task runs in the background, i.e. is not visible to the user?

  What I am looking for is automatic synchronization when the content of a directory is changed - either on the source and the target.
