Fatal Error trying to SysPrep

  I have 6 machines, all bought at the same time with the same hardware, all HP.  They run Windows 7 professional.  I loaded all necessary software on one, created an image using the built in Windows tools and applied that image to these machines.  Then I needed to Sysprep them to change their System IDs because this will be on a corporate network.

  The first 2 machines were fine, but the 3rd one got the issue "Fatal Error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine", the same goes for all machines after that.

  I've read that this is possibly when the Windows Media Player process is running but in this case the process is not running on any of the machines. 

  Any ideas?
