Crm 2013 - onload method equivalent after Form save event

  AutoSave is turned OFF.

  When editing a contact record, the standard onLoad event doesn't fire after the Save on a form...so what can we use to tap into that point in time?currently using onchange at the field level.

  is there an onLoadafterSave event? will probably need one if AutoSave is going to be the new norm...
