Plus sign displayed in new field added to Opportunity Form RRS feed

    I created a new field within my Opportunity Form.  A small blue plus sign appears within the field.  What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?

    The blue + is showing a business constraint set on the field of Business Recommended. You set this on the definition of the field, in the same place where you make a field required (which makes the red * show). Don't forget to publish after making the change.
