For some reason your PC is unable to properly read the SLIC table in the BIOS, which is require to be able to self-activate the OEM_SLP Key in use here – you need to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker
To do so, use the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page. You may need to activate by phone.

Where can I find the phone number to activate by phone? I cant access the start menu. only the internet.

    Click on the Internet option.
In the address bar, type C:\Windows\System32 and hit the Enter key – look for the CMD file, and right-click on it – select Run as Administrator.
Accept any UAC prompt that comes up – a Command Prompt window will appear

    At the command prompt, type

    SLUI   3

Follow the instructions – if you need to activate by phone, and the option isn’t offered, then return to the Command Prompt window, and use the command
    SLUI   4
