CRM Default Views - Can these by customized for Individual users? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have created a number of system wide views,

    Is it possible for users to change their default view? E.g. when they launch Activities instead of the System default view they come into a created 'my view' instead?

  • Hi Bon,

    This is not possible out of the box.  However, with a bit of custom code in a plugin and a couple new fieldsin the user entity this would be possible.

  • As mentioned, this is not possible out-of-the box in CRM 4.0 but it shold be in Ver. 5.0.
