External drive "not connected" RRS feed

  • When I try to have One Care perform a backup to my external hard drive, it says the backup device is not connected.  The drive is actually connected to the computer and turned on.  I can see it in My Computer and open folders in it.  Does not connected mean something else?  How do I make One Care backup realize it is connected.
