Brightness option is not persent on my desktop with Windows 10 Enterprise OS

Hi I am facing issue I have installed windows 10 LTSB and also LTSC 2019 in my Desktop, but the brightness option is not present,

and same both OS I have installed in LAPTOP during the first it was not present but when I have update my display driver it was came.

same thing I have did in desktop but I am not able to get the brightness option in windows anywhere.

I have did almost everything like reinstalling Windows and update my driver(latest driver) and full windows update.

also some answer I got from the google I have tried everything

please help how can I get and I want know is brightness will work with any DESKTOP or not because same iso is working fine in laptop

In most cases the issue with brightness is caused by graphical driver.
