Cannot import unsigned cab file RRS feed

  • I have tried to import the cab file but can't get beyond the " The .cab file is unsigned" error message, I am trying to upload this into the Online edition anyone have any thoughts?

  • Hi Phil,

    You need to extract the first CustomerPortal.exe.cab or PartnerPortal.exe.cab that you download from the marketplace and then you'll find another cab file inside - MicrosoftXrmCustomerPortal.cab or MicrosoftXrmPartnerPortal.cab that you need to import in CRM.
