Your Win XP Pro installation is based on an Invalid Product Key - such a Key is one that has not been issued by MS, and must therefore have been generated by a hacker's KeyGen Program.
It may be that you sent the machine to a shop for repair, or asked a friend to repair your installation - and they used a counterfeit disk for the reinstall, or it may be that you purchased one of the many counterfeits doing the rounds of eBay etc.
Your clock is also out of Sync - either because the region is set wrong, or because it's just out of whack.
Since your machine is a Dell, it almost certainly has a COA Sticker attached - for which version of Windows is it?, which edition?
