  • I have a Hotmail email account.

    I have since moved to @outlook.com

    My @hotmail.com account is being hacked and

    someone is emailing to people extorting monies.

    So this hacked is using my name and my Hotmail account,

    yet the Microsoft process is not letting me get my account back.

    I am going in circles between virtual assistants & emails.

    I have not been able to talk to a person at Microsoft, even after 

    visiting the Microsoft store 80 miles from my home.

    HELP
