CRM 2011 Quick Start?

Question
-
Hello all, I am fairly savvy with SQL Server, Exchange, Active Directory, etc but never worked with the MS CRM product. I am curious if somebody could point me in the direction of a quick start to get me up and going on prem relatively quickly. I have the software.
Thanks..

The implementation guide linked by Rhett is the definitive guide for installing (note, the IG is actually a zip with a Planning Guide, Installing guide, and Operating and Maintaining Guide in.
Lots of information at www.democrmonline.com for administering, customising and using CRM to get you started using it once installed.
(incidentally, that is not a site about using CRM Online specifically, it applies to on-premise too, but the information and videos are online, hence the name)
Hope this helps.
