I can't access Roblox premium RRS feed

  • I have bought a subscription-type product called Roblox premium on the app on the Windows 10 store called Roblox. However, I am unable to use said item since when I got on the app, there is nothing showing that the item has been placed into my Roblox account. However, I have gotten the E-mail that proved in fact, that the item has been purchased and my Microsoft account balance has been charged. I would like to get a refund, exchange, or better yet, actually be able to use my item.
