    Hi

    1. You need to add write one ASPX Page
    2. within ASPX page you can add Calendar control, (Also you can use AJAX calendar Control) , there are many calendar control available which runs only on client side using javascripts
    3. then you can upload this aspx page as resource to CRM
    4. you need to assign URL for that page and assign to iFRame.

  • You can generate the following url for the Service Calendar

    https://myorg.crm.dynamics.com/sm/home_apptbook.aspx

Adding this to the IFRAME should help you.

This has been sourced from the Richard's blog http://www.dynamicscrmtrickbag.com/2011/01/02/dynamics-crm-2011-ui-tips-tricks/

  • Do you mean service appointments? It is part of activities. You can add a list in the IFRAME and select appropriate entity and its view...

    https://myorg.crm.dynamics.com/sm/home_apptbook.aspx

the above link will give you service calendar...

  • Then use the url i provided in my earlier post. If you are on premise... the url would be http://server:port/orgname and follow it with the remaining path...

You could also try relative url...

  • You need to modify this url to meet your system

if you are using CRM Online, the url should be in the following format

    https://myorg.crm.dynamics.com/sm/home_apptbook.aspx

replace https://myorg.crm.dynamics.com with your CRM Online organization URL

If you are using CRM On-Premise, it would be in the following format

    http://myserver:port/myorg/sm/home_apptbook.aspx

http://myserver:port = this will be your crm server name and port at which you access crm

myorg = this would be you unique organization name

You can also try relative url like /sm/home_apptbook.aspx

Please confirm if after setting the URL for your organization does it still not work? What error does it show...
