SyncToy won't run on second account on my computer

    Question

  • I have a Dell with plenty of speed and memory running Windows 7.  I have installed SyncToy 2 on my (admin.) account, but it has never worked on my wife's account.  Her account was originally a guest account, but is now another admin. account.  I have removed and re-installed SyncToy 2 several times, including installing it on her account.  It has never worked on her account.  It shows an error message, very briefly, saying "SyncToy has stopped working".  What can I do to make it work?
