I purchesed Windows live Onecare less than 2 months ago. It says that it is good for a year. I purchesed it in a store. Today it is telling me that my subscription has expired. How can that be? I unistalled it and reinstalled it and I am still having the same problem. It told me to hit the "activate again" button, but I dont have that button. Someone please help I am getting really frustrated.

  • Check you computer date and time. Since you don't have a link to activate or subscribe in OneCare after a reinstall, I'm 99.9% certain that your PC clock is incorrect.

  • Click the Subscribe button, and sign in to the LiveID account you used to activate OneCare originally.

If you haven't yet activated your subscription, click the Subscribe button and sign in with your LiveID. Click Continue Online and use "Prepaid PIN" as a payment method when asked. Enter the product key from inside the box.
