  • You only need ONE exam to get the MCTS on ASP.NET 4.0. This is 70-515.

    The other exam that you mention, 70-513, is about WCF. The is still interesting but it is not asp.net 4.0.

    If you wish to move up from MCTS into MCPD, then you do need four exams: 70-515, 70-513, 70-516 and 70-519.

    For MCTS only one: 70-515.

    For MCPD, four in total: 70-515, 70-513, 70-516 and 70-519.

    and plz tell me about asp.net 3.5 certification

    Version 3.5:

    MCTS = 2 exams: 70-536 and 70-562.

    MCPD = 3 exams: 70-536, 70-562 and 70-564.
