Hello Everyone,
I dont know I should take this to you all. But, Later I thought I should. Please have a look at activities of the below profile. This looks to me a proxy account. But, there would not anything wrong theoretically, but it looks so weird to me.
What you all think of it?

Hi,
This account certainly looks to be a voteup account and nothing more, IMHO.
You can try emailing the forums team at fissues (at) microsoft [dot] com and see what they can do about this.

Hello Mike,
I certainly do not want to do anything of it. But, I wanted to take this to everyone's attention that this is a very bad practice and against the ethics. We should not practice such a bad exercises.
Thanks to everyone who understand my intention.

I am not sure it's possible. But that proxy account should be banned.
