When my computer opens, this error occurs...I think a file was accidentally deleted...please advise which one would do this? This message always occurs and my livemail is not working well...help! RRS feed

    This is the second error message I get, making the email malfunction. What is the problem?

    Exception EOISysError in module CMail.exe at 00048836. Error loading type library/DLL.

     

    The first error message I get is:

    You have a problem with an error stating that I need Microsoft Net 2.0 Framework in my computer..it apparently hadn't installed well the first time. I am not sure, but where and exactly what, do I get this file?
