Can I add members to a marketingslist from an Excel-sheet?

I have an Excel sheet containing customers which I want to add to a marketinglist. Can that be done at all? CRM 2011.
The Excel sheet contains customerID(which also exists in CRM) along with name and adress. Is there any way to create a workflow (or something else) that read members from the Excel sheet and add them to a selected marketinglist?
