You have several issues. I will only address one of them. (note: you used on obsolete version of the diagnostic)
Your windows is not genuine. You are using a Dell OEM SLP key on a retail motherboard. Your install was done using a hackers loader program in a failed attempt to fool Windows Activation Technologies. This is evidenced by the Dell slic table.
You will have to purchase and install a genuine windows.

You will have to install from scratch in order to get genuine.
That will get rid of the loader. You have a large number of mismatched files in your report. Both of these will cause not genuine issues if not removed by a reinstall.

Okay so I talked to my boss who says that he ordered the genuine copy and I have it here in my hand with an activation code. But the instructions it gives about going to my computer then to properties and putting in the code will not work because there is no where to do that! Now what? Do I have to re-install completely with the disc???

This installation is non-genuine.Your computer is based on a retail motherboard, but your Key if for an OEM_SLP License from a Dell computer - enabled by a hacker's Activation exploit to fool the computer into allowing the activation. You must either purchase a new valid license for Windows, or revert back to the original OS (if any) that you had.
