Is this software really Junk like it seems? RRS feed

  • Question

  • First off, there is no way to contact anyone to help with support.  When I click on the button for "contact a person" or whatever it says, it brings up a "blank page" and nothing happens.

Of course there is no phone number to contact anyone to help either.

I was told this was the end all of virus protections.  Well, it tells me that I have something called a trojan horse downloader.  I then "cleaned" that file/software.  It then gave me the option to delete it and even before I did, a dialog box came back telling me it was there and needed to be cleaned.

Is this just another MS scam to get money out of my pocket and not supply the service or customer service?

Interesting you base your comments on the fact you don't know how to find Live Help from wloc window

and on top of that your judging software based on it's Beta.

All you had to do was ask for help here but instead took the rip on wloc route and expect help now

    not very smart.

All you had to do was click the help button in the upper right of wloc window. Then try and search for your problem if that resaults into nothing. More help is at the bottom of the window that launches a dianogstic and e-mail report proccess is there. also a Phone number is avaliable for phone support but you need an active paid subscription for that to work. Also they can't help with betas because the support rep is only allow to help with released wloc.

Also any microsoft product you can generally get help with the product open and pressing F-1 on the keyboard and this works in one care too.
