  • Ejjj,

There is no question about whether your installation of XP Pro is genuine because the utility is showing that it is an OEM SLP installation of Dell's unique OEM Product Key on a Dell Precision 340 computer.

The problem has to do with some sort of file corruption or cryptographic services problems on the computer's installation of XP.

Please rerun the mgadiag utility.  On the Windows tab, in the lower left the "Resolve" button should be available to you.  Please click the button, allow it to do its thing, and when done no matter what the displayed result, please restart the computer, then rerun the utility to see if the cryptographic issues have been resolved.

Post back with the fresh report!

To resolve your cryptographic issues, please go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag and let me know if that works for you!
