First of all , how do I change the name ai used in my profile.Secondly, my computer will not recognize the Sandisk Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive for a back-up. It has in the past also not recognized CD-R ' s and DVD=R and Music disks when I have tried to burn music onto them.Tuesday, June 2, 2009 7:56 PM

If you mean your forum profile, you click on change profile, then edit profile. You can then change your profile information.
If you mean the LiveID that you used for your OneCare subscription, you can't change that.
As for the backup device not being recognized, you may need to reset your backup plan:

"ai "is a typo. I am having trouble with One Care backup? As I mentioned my computer will not recognized my external back-up device, although it always has before. This is NOT the first time I have used this device to backup my files on One-Care. Will you help or not? How about my first question.?
