Help Please! 3rd time of getting this message Windows 7, Build 7601, This copy of Windows is not genuine

Question
-
This is the 3rd time getting this "not genuine" message...I bought my Gateway desktop new in 4/2010 from Fry's Electronics with Windows 7 already installed...I got my first not genuine message a week after I got the computer, Fry's fix it. Then last November I got it again and came the Microsoft forum and run the mgadiagtool and posted results. Someone replied that everything look good and they didn't see any problems. After I rebooted my computer the message went away until yesterday and its back again...I just run the mgadiagtool again, click copy and tried to paste here in the body of this box but my paste option is gray and I can't use it to paste the results here...Gosh, I don't know much about computers but I do know how to copy/paste but its not working now. Question are there a solution to fixing the "Not Geniune" message or is this a MicroSoft way of getting more money from people...because when I get the pop up box saying that I need to validate my Windows 7, I click on it and it takes me to page that's only has the option to buy a new product key for $109, which is not happening...I've read and tried a lot of the solutions here on the forum none has worked for me, I haven't tried restoring it back to factory setting, should I just do this and will it permanent solve the problem, Thanks and hope everyone has a great weekend!
Figure out the copy/paste problems YAY!

There appears to be no problem with Activation or validation on your machineI have NO idea what Carey thinks updating the BIOS will do for you – although it may be a good idea on principle. If you get the non-genuine message again, please run the tool while it’s showing – it may give us some more detail as to what’s actually going on (or it may fix the problem!)

The only item to dowload under the Bios tab Carey provided was this one Improves Turbo boost performance. I downloaded it.
The non-geniune message disappeared again, after I ran the diagnostic tool...I will run it again when it shows back up, cause I do believe it will show back up...Thanks for your input...
