Email To missing when open new Email from Opportunity RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I got problem in our Customers CRM 2013 On Premise. I have Opportunity where Account (in parentaccountid field) and Contact (in parentcontactid field) are saved. When I open a new Email from social panes "Add Email" button I got new email with sender field filled with my User and regarading field filled with the Opportunity but the To field is empty. Normally the Contact from Opportunitys parentcontactid field is copied to Email To field. Does have an idea why its not Copying in this CRM environent?

  • Hi,

    No scripts, no plugins on email. Strange thing is that I have copied this CRM Organisation to our development CRM server. There the parentcontact is copied from Opportunity to Email To field as it should be.
