Virus:Win32/Alureon.F RRS feed

    I have the above Virus in my system and is poped-up on the screen. It is not visible in the system. Could someone help in getting cleared from the system, as it is harmful and can crash my system anytime. Mcafee is installed and is current and could not clear the virus.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    This is the forums for Windows Live Onecare. Since you are using a different software it might be best if you could contact them first.

    If you are using a free trial software for this Security Suite you can contact Microsoft Support here (This is available for US and Canada):

    From there choose "I think my computer is infected" then follow the instructions and prompts to submit a support case.
