off topic - Import spreadsheet from Excel to Outlook RRS feed

    I am using Office 2007 and I am trying to import a spreadsheet into Outlook which contains name, address and email to do a mailing project.  When importing I am receiving a message Microsoft Excel 97-2003 file has no named ranges.  Use Microsoft Excel 97-2003 to  name the range of date you want to import.  I do have the spreadsheet file saved under the Excel 97-2003 format.  Can you help me figure out and resolve error message.  Thank you.
