Hi All,
So I have a client who is using MDaemon as his mail server. The problem is that Outgoing mail is working and settings are good cause we tested sending from CRM both from WEB Based Client and also from Outlook Client for CRM.
The problem is receiving mail..... The user is receiving in outlook fine but not in CRM... what could be the problem please?
The user is using POP3 for incoming and SMTP for outgoing and I repeat outgoing is working fine but incoming nothing is arriving
Please help me

When working with incoming mail, the user should updates his personal options to define his login and password to connect to the POP3 mailbox
What happens in the email router configurator when testing the incoming profile?
