CRM 4.0 OutLook client Synchronization Issue on Citrix Enviornment RRS feed

  • Hi , i have my outlook installed on Citrix server and all the users are sharing the common outlook from citrix and also has MS CRM Outlook client installed for each user.

    now there is an issue while Synchronizing it gives Error Occured while Synchronizing.

    I have also found some solutions by Googling that Changing AppData key in Registry of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders to "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data" it should work and it works

    but the problem is there are other several applications running on Citrix and the path is AppData is some other folder path which is configured by Citirix people as common Application Data folder for e.g "B:\CommonCFG\Application Data" and they cant change it.

    and this causes problem for Syncronization. ,

    So is there any way that i can redirect or Set my Outlooks Application Data folder to this path in registry ?? or any other solutions for Sync issue ?
