Dynamics 365 for phone : Windows 10 mobile RRS feed

  • Hello everyone,

     

    We optimized our Dynamics CRM 2016 OnPremise SP1 (8.1.0.359 + DB : 8.1.0.359) organization (ADFS/IFD configured) in order to use Dynamics 365 for phone mobile app.

    Everything is OK with several devices like :

    • iPhone 6
    • Samsung Galaxy S5
    • iPad 2nd generation
    • iPad air 2
    • Asus Zenphone

     

    Unfortunately, when we use the windows mobile app with a Microsoft Lumia 650, an error message appears just after we entered the organization's URL :

    French message :

    Désolé

    Il se peut que des étapes supplémentaires soient nécessaires pour configurer Microsoft Dynamics CRM pour cette organisation.

    Contactez votre administrateur système

    Translated :

    Additional steps may be needed to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for this organization. Please contact your system administrator.

     

    I confirm that we use the correct version of the mobile application (not the Dynamics CRM for windows 8.1, …)

    This error is encountered on a Microsoft Lumia 650 mobile with the following caracteristics :

    • Microsoft Lumia 650
    • Windows 10 mobile
    • Version : 1607
    • 10.0.14.14393 …
    • Resolution : 720x1280

     

    We already submit a ticket on the answers.microsoft.com french site that suggests to also submit a ticket here.

    On our previous ticket, the answer was that this kind of error can be encountered on Windows mobile devices without any planned fixes.

     

    Does anyone already experienced this error ? Is there any work around ?
