we are implementing a CRM solution on 2013 Online version where customer uses IE 8 as a browser for accessing the application. we have customized the sitemap a bit but it has nothing to do with behaviour it is exhibiting with records.
As you all know, 2013 comes with new navigation mechanism for the records as bread crumb kind of navigation is introduced. If the subject/Topic etc of the record is lengthier (Applies to all entity types - Account, Contact etc), the dropdown is missing
making it difficult/impossible to access the child or related records. If the subject is short enough, it shows up. Please see attached and request any workaround or parameters to fix this issue which I'm thinking as of now as Product Bug. Please confirm!
