    Also, there is an error code that indicates that an activation hack is being used.

    Uninstall all loaders or activation exploits, insert a genuine retail key and activate. Then visit www.microsoft.com/genuine to validate and post the report here if it fails to activate or validate. It appears that this is a plain white box computer built by a smaller business or individual, and not a Dell computer at all, if you purchased it like this you can take it back to the person who sold it and demand they fix it.
