Procedure entry point could not be located RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

I have two computers in my "circle."  The hub is an XP laptop, and the other is a Vista desktop.  There is a lexmark printer attached to the desktop via USB connection.  I'm trying to print from the laptop to the desktop via the printer sharing option.

OneCare tells me the connection is good to go, and sets the desktop's printer as my default on the laptop, but when I go to print I get the following error:

The procedure entry point ?GetDIMSValue@CGUIInkDisplay@@QAEHXZ could not be located in the dunamic link library lxbtutil.dll

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • I'm not familiar with that error, so unless someone from the OneCare team pops in to offer an explanation and possible solution, I recommend contacting support.

You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try the Microsoft Public newsgroups here: http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/Default.aspx or the maker of your burning software.
