Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy not genuine - message after issues with install of Wacom Driver

Question
-
I tried installing a newer version of the Wacom driver for my Bamboo tablet CTH-460 and my theme changed and functionality was altered. I reinstalled the original driver that came with the tablet in an attempt to get the functionality back while in safe mode.
When rebooting, the computer did a check disk and fixed all kinds of problems including unindexed files and missing things etc. Then it started. But I got a completely black screen. Then when attempting a reboot using CTL-ALT-DLT the screen appeared and the message in the bottom right corner appeared.
I have been reviewing the threads and don't see my specific issue or circumstances.
Here is my Diagnostic file:

I'm pretty sure from reading various threads that the software has been corrupted and that is why I am getting the message. The computer is 1.5-2 years old and I've never had any error message about valid software. I had the computer built for me and paid for software and I'll assume I would have had an error message before now and it would not have been updating regularly if I were using pirated software.
I am not comfortable with just following the various suggestions and trying them as I work for myself and the computer is the backbone of my business.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

The Key in use is an MSDN Key from a not-for-resale MSDN account.
Unless you are an MSDN subscriber, you are not entitled to use the Key – and whoever sold it to you was not entitled to do so.
You need to claim an immediate refund from the vendor - do NOT accept the offer of a new key (all they are trying to do is to get past the 45-day claims window or avoid you sending the evidence of their crimes to the authorities)

The pirates have got VERY good at this over the past few years, as the price of equipment for manufacturing the packages drops, and as factories open in less well-policed countries.

You may be able to get a complimentary copy of the OS from Microsoft - fill in the Counterfeit report here...

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. This computer was built 1.5-2 years ago so I have no way of tracking down the guy who built it now. He never mentioned he would be using illegal software and I would have said no if he had as this is for my business. I don't buy or use pirated software. At least not knowingly!! Plus the computer had been working well this whole time with no error messages regarding it not being genuine.
I ended up contacting Microsoft and purchasing their support plan. They worked with me remotely and put in the product key which corrected all the issues I was having. They had to go through a number of steps to get to it since I had no sticker on my computer.
Take care,
