I need to Complain as XBOX support as they does not want to repair my XBOX which I bought 1 month ago and use it 3 times only
I live in Egypt and I bought my XBOX from Saudi while I was in a trip and when back home one month ago it works only 3 times and never work again and I called the XBOX support and go all the test and they decide it’s a HW issue and need to fix and
agreed that I can send it to Dubai and they have a center who can fix it (as they have no center in Egypt) and after I sent it to Dubai and call the support on the phone they show no cooperation at all and refuse to do the maintenance also my XBOX is under
warranty and I do not know what to do as I already paid a lot to get it and send it to Dubai as agreed and then no one supporting me, I am very unhappy from what happened and Microsoft should be a big company and I was not expecting this from it, and no one
every contact me from XBOX via email, phone, ….
