Marshads,
We need additional information so we can narrow down the experience yo uare having. Then we can verify what website. First you are saying "Qualify For A Complimentary Windows Genuine Advantage Kit"? Please provide me with this exact link. Next were you trying to purchase a WGA Kit because you discovered the software was non-genuine on your computer? This is what it appears to me and if so please provide me with the exact website you are linking from it is important I have this information.
What page is directing you to this link: http://catalog.microsoft.com/genuine/purchase/QualifyInfo.aspx (which is giving you the error)
If you are trying to "qualify for a free kit" this would be different. We need to know what page you landed on, what produce you have installed, and if it was a non-genuine message, and last what was the exact message you received.
Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and re-validate your windows. Next also please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool. Please follow the directions located:
http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2170194&SiteID=25Please provide me with this information as soon as possible.
Thank you,
