  Depending on the online game you may have to open certain ports. First verify the One Care firewall is causing the problem by turning off the firewall ( open One Care>Change Settings>Firewall>Off ) then access your game. If you can access the game with the firewall turned off check the game website either in the FAQs or user forums for the ports that need to be opened on a firewall.
