It should be available to uninstall, but if not, do this:
When you ran the installer it will have prompted you for a folder to extract the files into, eg C:\CRMClientFolder (you may have chosen any folder for this, try to remember or do a search for setupclient.exe).
Once you know where this folder is, open an elevated command prompt (ie Run As Administrator) and use this command:
c:\CRMClientFolder\SetupClient.exe /q /x
This will completely uninstall the CRM client (outlook needs to be closed while you do this)
