Uninstall CRM 2013 Online? It doesn't show in Programs and features RRS feed

  • Question

  • Ok...I have had enough "fun". After the installation of the Outlook Plug-in Outlook has been rendered useless.

I am totally turned off to Dynamics CRM 2013 Online and am ready to trash  it.  How do I get rid of it?

  • It should be available to uninstall, but if not, do this:

When you ran the installer it will have prompted you for a folder to extract the files into, eg C:\CRMClientFolder (you may have chosen any folder for this, try to remember or do a search for setupclient.exe).

Once you know where this folder is, open an elevated command prompt (ie Run As Administrator) and use this command:
    c:\CRMClientFolder\SetupClient.exe /q /x

This will completely uninstall the CRM client (outlook needs to be closed while you do this)

    Hope this helps.
