I wish to have windows 10 removed and windows 7 reinstaled

If it's been less than 30 days since your Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7, you can roll back using the Recovery options in Update and Security under Settings. Any longer than that, and you'll have to just reinstall Windows 7 from your original media.
Please be sure to let MS know what wasn't working for you about Windows 10 and how it might suit your needs in the future. You'll see the option before rolling back. You may want to back up all your files just in case before rolling back.
