Dell desktop PC Vostro 400, Windows XP Pro sp3, IE 8.0. Get the message when I attempt to go to the online Fix it Center, "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later". I am using my Hotmail log in and Passowrd and have
even reset the password. Can't seem to find any help. Also, when I was able to go to the online center, "My Computers" would not show the computer I was using. I could not delete the "wrong computer" without unistalling the entire Fix It program, and that
seems to affect another program.
