Accounts Summary, custom associated view RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We want to add a custom view of associated custom entities to the Account Summary View Online CRM Dynamics.

    What is the recommended approach

    The custom table would need to have 3-4 columns of associated entities with a totals row at the bottom.  The table does not needs to be editable.

  • Do you mean the Account Summary report? If so, then you can download the .rdl file for the report (navigate to Workplace | Reports, select the report and then click Edit).

    Once you have the rdl file, create a new report project in Visual Studio or Business Intelligence Development Studio and add the rdl file. If you are not familiar with editing/creating SQL Server Reports be prepared for a steep learning curve.

  • I meant the Account Detail View - Summary Tab (lack of a better word) on Account - where it show Account Information etc.

  • I think you are referring to a report so you will have to modify the report to include the required information using Visual Studio or Business Intelligence Development Studio
