Product Key validated but Access still doesn't run RRS feed

  • I open Access, I'm prompted for product key, I enter product key and is is validated. I'm next directed to the access home screen where again I am asked for a product key, once again it is validated and a prompt is received stating that program will be available once it is closed and reopened. Once I do I this, I have to go through the whole product key validation cycle again without it ever allowing me in. Any way to resolve this? Thanks.
